Great to be involved with our Francophone community in the Winnipeg Metro Region! I talked to La-Liberte writer Daniel Bahuad for a piece called Economiser oui, s’amalgamer non. The article talks about the development of JohnQ Public – a arms-length regional development corporation that focuses on service delivery to all municipalities with a coordinated approach in order to increase services while saving tax-payers dollars.

“By 2023, JohnQ endeavours to save between $18.9 million and $26 million.”
